Cancellations & Refunds
Thanks for your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We take pride in the quality and presentation of our flowers. If you have any questions or issues at all please get in touch.
If you cancel your order before we have committed to purchasing your flowers then a full refund will be offered at our discretion.
If you are unhappy with your flowers, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them.
We request that you send us photos of the flowers as soon as possible so we can see what the issue is.
After investigating if the flowers are deemed unacceptable, a refund or replacement bouquet will be offered at our discretion.
Please note that we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutes to flower content due to market availability.
Delivery & lead Times
Order before 4pm for next day local delivery Tuesday – Saturday
or collect from the shop at Craythorne Farm Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm.
Deliveries – Items must be paid for in full on ordering before the delivery day.
Collections – Items must be paid for in full before they leave the shop premises.
For gift bouquets within a 10 mile radius
We currently offer delivery for £4.50 within 10 miles of our shop. This will be calculated when you go through the checkout process on our website or discuss delivery with us at the shop. Unlike some of the large online flower order services – All of our flowers are hand delivered, unboxed to prevent damage in transit. Expect your bouquet to arrive perfect!
Secure Payments
We take the protection of your financial information seriously which is why we use PayPal to handle all of our transactions. Our website uses SSL encryption to keep your connection private and no financial information is held by us ensuring your details are kept safe.
If you choose to save payment information on the My Account page, your card details will be held securely by our payment processor. We do not hold a copy on our own web server.
